Kona have-been/were/are around a bit, peaking around 20 odd years ago in the North Wales area.  
Missing fame fleetingly and occasionally and with various line ups and guises, they had formed and reformed numerous times over a period of time. Though their music has stayed true to its early incarnations.....

History: In their early days (90's2000's) were tagged 'the ultimate party band' as they're reputation went, and a subsequent residency at the Greek Taverna in Upper Bangor for several years, cemented their progress in the late nineties, and regular appearances at the Heights in Llanberis, summer season slots in Abersoch and the local festival scene, earnt them a decent local following, wild repute, and regularly packed houses. They're early ep 'Biff Pop Bubble OOeeoo Ahh...' sold out 500 copies locally on first and only release, at which point the band took it's first sabbatical. Over time they gained members, lost members, made members, and spun off into other incarnations and bands, lived abroad and away but ultimately have returned to gig again... and again. Watch it.
