The Lynsey de Paul Prize is an opportunity for emerging female singer-songwriters, set up in collaboration with the PRS for Music Members Benevolent Fund, in memory of Lynsey de Paul, who sadly passed away in 2014. It is a part of PRS Foundation's aim to address the gender gap among music creators (currently only 16% of PRS membership are women)
This prize was open to applications from emerging women songwriters, based in the UK, who show great musical ability and promise. CEG artist SERA is one of this year's recipients, and will help support her in her next musical project!
